SAFETY RULES/INSTRUCTION FOR Jokers Import, INC

CUSTOMERS WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
REMEMBER: YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
      
1.FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING THE BLOWER
2.KEEP CHILDREN AWAY. ALL children should be kept a safe distance from the blower. Do not allow children to use as a toy.
3.Follow all wiring codes and recommended electrical connections.
4.NEVER STAND ON BLOWER. Serious injury could occur if the blower is tipped.
5.Unplug the blower from the outlet when the blower is NOT in use.
6.ALWAYS plugging the blower, then turn on the switches.
7.ALWAYS make sure switch in off position before plugging in the blower.
8.If the blower gets wet, and water is inside blower, drain the water out of the blower and allow blower to dry thoroughly before resuming operation.
9.TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, do not use on wet surfaces. Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
10.DO NOT handle the plug or blower with wet hands.
11.DO NOT pull the blower by the power cord. NEVER allow the power cord to come in contact with sharp edges, hot surfaces, oil or grease. DO not place anything over the top of the power cord.
12.DO NOT unplug the blower by pulling on the power cord. ALWAYS grasp the plug, not the cord.
13.REPLACE a damaged cord immediately. DO NOT use a damaged cord or plug. If the blower is not operating properly. Or has been damaged, call Jokers Import, INC for service advise.
14.DO NOT insert fingers or foreign objects into the blower. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all body parts away from the blower.
15.MAINTAIN BLOWER IN TOP CONDITION. Please don´t throw the blower.
16.Ensure that the power source is sufficient for the blower.
17.Don´t look into the discharge outlet of the blower. Foreign object may become dangerous projectiles.
18.This blower is to be operated with only the proper safety guards in place to prevent persons and objects from contacting the revolving blower wheel. Any other use voids the warranty and creates unsafe conditions.
19.NEVER OPERATE THE UNIT WITHOUT SAFETY GUARDS IN PLACE.
20.Inspect the unit carefully before each use. If the unit appears to have damage, repair or replace prior to use.

One Year Limited Warranty
Jokers Import, INC  will repair or replace, at its expense and at its potion, any Jokers Import, INC , Materials, blower parts, or blower accessory which in normal use has proven to be defective in workmanship or material, provided that the customer returns the product prepaid to Tool King U.S.A. Corporation service center with proof of purchase of the product within one year and provided Jokers Import, INC with reasonable opportunity to verify the alleged defect by inspection and repair or replacement. Jokers Import, INC WILL NOT responsible for any asserted defect, which has resulted form normal, wear, misuse, abuse or repair or alteration made or specifically authorized by anyone other than Jokers Import, INC. Under no circumstances will Jokers Import, INC, be liable for incidental or consequential damaged resulting from defective products. This warranty is Jokers Import, INC  sole warranty and sets forth the customers exclusive remedy, with respect to defective products; all other warranties, express or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or other wise, are expressly disclaimed by Jokers Import, INC.

Jokers Import, INC Return Policy Agreement:

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order.

We refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.

We will Process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.

We do not charge no more than 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee.

We will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of the retailer’s error.

Standard Shipping in the US
For all Standard Shipping (non-express) methods, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. Standard shipping is not track-able. Your order will show as shipped in your customer account history.

Shipping Weight is calculated by our website. Orders weighing less than 30 lbs. are priced for shipping using the shipping cost table (see below). For Standard Delivery, our shipping department may choose the shipping carrier that best serves your location. (P.O. Boxes will be served by USPS). You may choose from the available shipping options presented by the shopping cart.

Orders weighing over 30 lbs within the US and Canada are quoted directly from USPS and FedEx online and include our handling costs. Orders weighing over 70 lbs may not return USPS shipping options. We will split heavy orders into multiple packages.

Express Shipping (US only)

ALL EXPRESS ORDERS ARE CALCULATED ONLINE BY THE SHIPPER
Express Orders are processed by 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time* 8:00am Pacific Std. Time.
Express Orders received after 11:00am EST will be processed by the following business day.
    *Note: Add 1 day to Overnight/2nd Day delivery times for any orders made after 11:00am EST 
Express Shipping options within the US are available from FedEx and are quoted online. You may choose from the available shipping options listed by the shopping cart.

Third Party Shipping in the US and Canada (Using your own FedEx or UPS account)
If you have a valid account with FedEx or UPS and you wish to use this account to bill the shipping to, you may enter it in the shopping cart. Shipping charges will not be included in your invoice total. Note there will still be a handling charge that appears in the "Shipping & Handling" line item.

International Shipping:

CANADIAN SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders totaling under $9.99 will be sent Air Mail (Canada) for $2.95

Orders up to $50 (US Dollars) may be shipped internationally via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.

Orders Over $50 may be limited to shipping via USPS Express Mail International only

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Orders up to $50 (US Dollars) may be shipped internationally via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.

Overseas Orders Over $50 may be limited to shipping via USPS Express Mail International only.

Heavy Orders (over 70 lbs.) will be split into multiple packages, If no shipping options are returned, 

Tracking Packages
If your shipping method is track-able, including all FedEx services and USPS -  Priority, Priority Mail International and Express Mail International, you will be notified when your order is prepared for shipment. Please note packages may not be track-able via the Shipper's website at the time your are notified by email, often up to 24 hours after the email is sent.

FREIGHT CHARGES
Jokers Import, INC. will cover the freight charges for the first 30 days with proved of purchase. When the customer call for a warranty, Jokers Import, INC  will send the freight company to pick up the same or the next day. All warranty freight service provided by Jokers Import, INC  is ground service.
Jokers Import, INC  will not cover any freight charges if we picked a warranty blower that is perfect functioning from any customer. Due to heavy-duty usage of this industry, plug is covered by warranty for three months.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSTRUCTION
1.  Ensure that the power supply exceeds the requirement of the blower for safe operation.
2.   The power cord is equipped with a three-prong plug that must be inserted into a matching receptacle. Do not remove or cut off the ground prong off the plug.
3.   To reduce the risk of fire of electrical shock, do not use this fan with solid-state speed control devices.
4.   Extension cords must be UL listed for outdoor. Cords up to 50 feet 14-3. Cords up to 100feet 12-3.
5.   If electric cord gets damaged, replace immediately.
6.   Unplug the electric cord before cleaning or servicing.
 
WARNING:
USE OF A THREE PRONG TO TWO PRONG ADAPATER IS NOT RECOMMENDED IMPROPER CONNECTION MAY CREATE THE RISK OF ELECTRICUTION. USE OF SUCH ADAPTERS IS PROHIBITED IN CANADA.
      
WARNING: DO NOT DEPEND ON ANY SWITCH OF OTHER CONTROLLING DEVICE AS THE ONLY MEANS OF DISCONNECTING POWER WHEN INSTALLING OF SERVICING OF THE TOOL KING BLOWER. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN ELECTRIC SHOCK. THIS COULD BE FATAL.
